Welcome to your

local Builders!

Building our Reputation

If you are looking for first-class building service, you have come to the right place!

We have been here for a long time, have many satisfied customers in the North Wales area and aim to be friendly and approachable.

Building materials and regulations are continually evolving; our climate appears to be shifting and in parallel people carefully invest in their homes and business premises for security and comfort so we experience new designs and conventional building projects.

Many of our North Wales building experiences are reflected in these web pages. The right column of this page lists many of the posts we have written about the specific North Wales Building projects we have undertaken. You can also search the site against topics of your choice using the box at the top the right column.

We cover all aspects of building from foundations to roofs, new build and refurbishment; loft conversions and property extensions. We work through all weathers and have undertaken flood damage repairs for local people who have suffered from the recent disasters around our communities and being local we are here when you need us.

We work closely with building designers and specialist trades and suppliers and we interface with local authority building inspectors so we handle the whole project, quickly, safely and efficiently, to high quality standards.

We are cost conscious and will give written quotes for what we propose needs to be done based on your requirement,  coordinate materials and our own building schedules with waste removal and specialist trades that we occasionally bring in as and when your schedule requires. We closely monitor costs and will supply a written quotation for any variations or additions you may request or which could emerge in the course of a building project.

Flood Resilience

As North Wales builders we undertake flood repair work and have done so recently in Sandy Cove, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl and St Asaph. We see the damage and distress caused by flooding and we believe that in addition to wider flood prevention measures the risk can be reduced by flood planning and preparation. A community flood plan website is being built locally and we suggest some of the advice and contacts on that website are important and should be acted upon in preparation well before a flood.
